Flowers were very well received and made quit an impression. Beautiful flowers are expected, but the team at TFG really delivered a high-level of customer service. The flowered were deliver on time, even after I had to call at 7:15 AM the day of scheduled delivery to adjust delivery location. It was Valentine’s Day, and the driver was already on route, but the guy at the shop was able to get them re-routed and delivered to my wife at the place she luckily told me she’d be one night before V Day, instead of the flowers sitting at an empty office all weekend! I appreciate the effort. Though they aren’t the least expensive option, they have come through two years in a row and due to the extra help this year, done with a positive attitude, not reluctantly, I’ll be back whenever I need flowers. Now I just need to figure out how to get in the free delivery zone zone!
