Flowers were very well received and made quit an impression. Beautiful flowers are expected, but the team at TFG really delivered a high-level of customer service. The flowered were deliver on time, even after I had to call at 7:15 AM the day of scheduled delivery to adjust delivery location. It was Valentine’s Day, and the driver was already on route, but the guy at the shop was able to get them re-routed and delivered to my wife at the place she luckily told me she’d be one night before V Day, instead of the flowers sitting at an empty office all weekend!I appreciate the effort. Though they aren’t the least expensive option, they have come through two years in a row and due to the extra help this year, done with a positive attitude, not reluctantly, I’ll be back whenever I need flowers. Now I just need to figure out how to get in the free delivery zone zone!

The flowers that arrived were lovely, and the recipient did indeed love them. However, the delivery person did not call first as requested, and I was not pleased with the web site order page, as it did not disclose the delivery charge amount ($15) until after the order was processed, nor did it mention the "first time order charge ($9.99)" until the order was processed. I would not have added the $5 'support our shop' gift had I known about the first-time order charge, and was not pleased at over $40 added on to the $65 arrangement.
