Order: #71756004550 was supposed to deliver on 26th I ordered flowers and a candy box with a balloon. and only the flowers arrived for my friend. I am super upset!!!!! Even the card message did not arrive wtf
The flowers that arrived were lovely, and the recipient did indeed love them. However, the delivery person did not call first as requested, and I was not pleased with the web site order page, as it did not disclose the delivery charge amount ($15) until after the order was processed, nor did it mention the "first time order charge ($9.99)" until the order was processed. I would not have added the $5 'support our shop' gift had I known about the first-time order charge, and was not pleased at over $40 added on to the $65 arrangement.
