Ordered online the Energetic Orange™ (Deluxe) bouquet for my daughter's birthday. It was delivered on time and she loved them. She sent me a pic and I was pleased to see how beautiful it turned out. Very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. Will definitely use this florist again!
The flowers that arrived were lovely, and the recipient did indeed love them. However, the delivery person did not call first as requested, and I was not pleased with the web site order page, as it did not disclose the delivery charge amount ($15) until after the order was processed, nor did it mention the "first time order charge ($9.99)" until the order was processed. I would not have added the $5 'support our shop' gift had I known about the first-time order charge, and was not pleased at over $40 added on to the $65 arrangement.
